She’s worked in every role — front desk, practitioner, director, builder, and owner — and has built, grown, and sustained spa businesses through economic shifts, industry challenges, and even global crises. Her leadership includes launching new spa locations, rebranding and expanding existing businesses, training teams of up to 50 professionals, and helping owners build profitable service models that last.
